When i go into my settings app on the ipad air, it says i'm up-to-date with 9.3.5. there's no option to download ios10. when i plug my ipad into my mac, it downloads the update in itunes but won't install because the macbook doesn't have anywhere near enough room to backup the ipad first.. If you still can't install the latest version of ios, try downloading the update again: go to settings > general > [device name] storage. find the ios update in the list of apps. tap the ios update, then tap delete update. go to settings > general > software update and download the latest ios update.. After upgrading my iphone to ios 9.2 today, the songs in the apple music library don't show up as saved offline. playlists show as offline. i went to settings->general->storage and the music app is using the same amount of storage as before (i.e. the music's still on the phone)..
