A very strange thing just happened i download the 30gb at 17mb/s, all good just when it's finishing the download, it stops and stays at 0kb/s at 260mb left. Star citizen download stops. Launcher constantly stops downloading? so i finally caved to the request of my friend and tried to download the game overnight, and i was shocked to see it paused itself so again last night i started up the download and in the morning again it downloaded one percent and then stopped itself.

I started a fresh sc download but shut down the pc during the download figured i would just continue today, but the patcher doesn't download anything for like 20 minutes now says updating but nothing happens any advice? update: a clean install didn't help either started with like 20kb/s and went down to 0 downloaded yesterday with steady. These settings reduce the amount of connections (concurrent downloads) made from your computer to the network, and the amount of data transmitted per connection per second (download speed). open and login to your launcher. click settings. to reduce the number of connections, click the drop -down for concurrent downloads. choose a lower amount.
